Location
What is the adress of the event? The event will take place at the Dubai Autodrome, the adress is Dubai Motor City.
Arrival by showcar (approved via the application system)
Show your approval email to the stewards at the roundabouts. Follow the PURPLE signs with SHOWCARS.

Arrival by car (regular visitor)
The entrance for regular visitors will be at the Grandstand. Park your car on the parking next to the Grandstand. Follow the PURPLE signs with VISITOR.

Arrival by taxi or public transport
The entrance for regular visitors will be at the Grandstand. Go to the Grandstand and your ticket will be scanned at the gate.

What are the opening times of the event? Saturday the 2nd of November from 3 PM until 11 PM and sunday the 3rd of November from 2 PM until 9 PM
Prayer room
Go the Pitbox building and follow stair 2 and go inside suite 3 for prayer.
Tickets
I have bought a regular tickets, which areas can I visit? A regular entryticket gives you entry to spectate alle activities at the venue including the grandstand and paddock. The only area which is not accessible is the VIP area, you need a seperate ticket for this.
My child is under the age of 6, how can they enter? Children under the age of 6 have free access to the event. No need to buy a ticket or register your child.
Is it possible to order tickets at the entry of the event? Yes it is possible to buy your tickets at the entry of the event.
I have bought a ticket for the wrong day, is it possible to use this ticket for the other day? Yes it is possible to use your ticket on the other eventday. Keep in mind that you can only use your ticket once.

Clubs
How can I register a club? You can send an email to [email protected] with the name, amount of cars and the date(s) you want to visit the event. Click here for more information
Do you receive a discount when you are part of a club who is attending the event? Yes you will receive a discountcode which gives you a 10% discount on your entryticket.
If our club has been approved, can our members park next to each other? Once your club has been approved, and you have shared the amount of cars which you will bring to the event we can reserve a spot for your club.
